    PFL announces middleweight tournament roster featuring 2 past champions

    PFL middleweights are again.

    On Tuesday, the league introduced the eight-man area for its first 185-pound event since 2018. Among the many standouts happening within the 2025 event are 2023 gentle heavyweight champion Impa Kasanganay (18-5) and 2022 welterweight champion Sadibou Sy (17-8-2, 1 NC).

    Kasanganay and Sy each gained $1 million prizes for his or her previous event wins and now search so as to add to their riches with a 2025 event crown and a $500,000 prize.

    Becoming a member of them within the area are two-time Bellator title challenger Fabian Edwards (13-4), 2023 PFL gentle heavyweight event finalist Josh Silveira (13-4), Bellator veterans Aaron Jeffery (15-5), Dalton Rosta (9-1), and Mike Shipman (17-4), and up to date PFL competitor Murad Ramazanov (12-2).

    Louis Taylor was the winner of the inaugural 185-pound event in 2018, however the division has been discontinued since then.

    The middleweight event kicks off on April 18, airing dwell on ESPN and ESPN+.
