Moyes advised the BBC: “I’m actually disenchanted and until you narrow the boy’s hand off, I don’t know the place he goes. I don’t know if the group performs an element in it. They received proper behind their group and Leeds performed properly and doubtless deserved the victory in equity.
“I believe it’s a very poor resolution. VAR had an opportunity to undo it. They tried to say he was leaning to the ball. Certainly you’re allowed to lean along with your fingers by your sides?
“I believe that’s a very unhealthy one for us. The referees haven’t had a terrific weekend.
“Leeds got here out the blocks and we anticipated it. We modified at half-time and we have been a lot better within the second half and if any group was going to win it, I believed it will be us.”

“Tarkowski moved his arm in direction of the ball. He leans into it and he blocks it. It’s a penalty, and he is aware of what he has performed. He is aware of it’s a penalty.
“He is aware of that he has made a mistake.”
