    FIA Excessive Efficiency Programme Launches Second Cycle Following Resounding Success

    The second cycle of the FIA’s Excessive Efficiency Programme for Officers has launched, providing personalised coaching and growth as a part of the Stewards and Race Director Pathway.

    Working with individuals to succeed in the top of officiating, the programme helps them study the abilities and mindset wanted to work on World Championships and inside high-octane environments, tailoring academic wants and facilitating mentorships that develop their community, while giving them invaluable on-event expertise.
