    Liverpool’s Kostas Tsimikas reveals touching tattoo dedicated to Diogo Jota

    The tragic passing of Diogo Jota and his brother André Silva in early July despatched shockwaves by way of the soccer world.

    The pair died in a automobile accident in Spain whereas touring forward of Jota’s return to pre-season coaching with Liverpool – a devastating loss that has left a long-lasting affect on teammates, followers and the broader footballing neighborhood.

    Amongst these most deeply affected is Jota’s shut good friend and former Liverpool teammate, Kostas Tsimikas. The Greek worldwide had already posted an emotional tribute shortly after the information broke, recalling the reminiscences, laughs and bond the 2 shared – each on and off the pitch.

    Now, Tsimikas has revealed one other heartfelt tribute: a tattoo bearing the phrases “Want you have been right here”, alongside the quantity 20 – Jota’s Liverpool shirt quantity, which the club has since retired in his honour.

    The tattoo was inked simply two days after Jota’s passing by Puerto Ink Athens, who shared a strong message alongside the picture.

    “Some bonds are past soccer. This one’s perpetually,” wrote the studio. “Relaxation simple, Jota. You’ll by no means stroll alone.”

    A gesture inked in grief and love, it’s a reminder that Jota’s spirit will dwell on in each nook of Anfield – and in each coronary heart he touched.
